here we have a magnificent, antique, solid oak, embossed picture frame, with original antique print. this frame is stunning, being made from solid oak, with beautiful ornate embossed border around the inside edge, and a lovely grain to it. please see photos. the colour of the frame is a rich oak, and it comes complete with original glass. the outside of the frame measures 62 cm.s wide, and is 52 cm.s high. the inside of the frame measures 48 cm.s wide, by 38 cm.s high. it can be hung either way. there is a strong wire, on the back, for hanging it on the wall. the frame could be used to frame any family heirloom photographs, antique oil paintings, or antique prints, you may be wanting a beautiful antique frame for….. it would be a feature on any wall, or look adorable hanging in any area. i can pack this magnificent 1920s, original, solid oak embossed picture frame, nice and securely, and post to anywhere in australia.decorating

vintage antique-styled michelangelos david bust on ornate pedestal made in italy antique-style repro object dart sculpture made in italy pick-up only sydney metro area bust measures 51 cm 20 high, 30 cm 12 wide amp weighs 6.6 kg pedestal measures 71 cm 28 high, and the base is 23 cm 9 x 23 cm 9 amp weighs 10 kg total combined height measures 122 cm 48 tall amp total combined weight is 16.6 kg this is a stunning and beautifully fashioned old vintage antique-styled bust of michelangelos david, on an exquisite matching pedestal, with ornate decorative classical designs and moulded classical frieze scenes. it was made in italy c. mid-20th century, from chalkware, moulded around some form, which gives this impressive decorative item, the appearance of having been carved from marble, stone or alabaster. while the bust of david is very impressive, and can be set independently of the pedestal the same can be said for the pedestal, which in my opinion, is even more impressive, and could be used to display any special decorative item. the bust is in good condition, but does have some minor damage. there are some chips to the head, mainly to the curly hair, where small sections of curls have been chipped. there is also some damage amp cracks to the back underside, and around the shoulders, which appear to have received some repairs in the way of having the cracks, or other damage plastered over. these repairs are not overly visible, and appear to be only cosmetic. they do not detract from the general appearance of the bust, and only add character and age to it. the bust has the name david inscribed below the chest. there are also some letters on the back, which appear to be it pat which i believe is a contraction of italy amp patent. the pedestal is in excellent condition. it looks very ornate and impressive, and there are no signs of damage, or repair. this is a seriously heavy item, so pick-up in sydney metro area is the only option available but interstate ers are welcome tsale cheap

here we have a beautiful, antique timber, solid oak picture frame. it is dated 1927, and is in near mint condition. it is a beautiful frame it has a lovely oak grain, and the frame is extremely sturdy, and quite heavy. on the back of it, is still the original 1920.s paper backing. the frame measures a huge 88 cm.s by 118 cm.s. the inside measurement of the frame is 70 cm.s wide, by 100 cm.s high. there is the original strong wire, on the back, for hanging it on the wall, and it comes complete with the original glass. it can be hung either way. at the moment, it has a lovely religious picture in it, but the picture has been damaged. it could probably be repaired, but i am really just selling this magnificent, enormous solid oak frame. the frame could be used to frame one of your own family heirloom photos, or antique paintings etc. it would look adorable hanging in any area. unfortunately, postage is unavailable on this item, due to it.s huge size, but i can get it delivered to most areas in victoria for a small fee, or pick-up is most welcome.sale cheap sale
